Landing at Kettlestone

The Landing at Kettlestone is our newest SMART Series community in Waukee. This community is located directly south of Prairieview (8th-9th grade building) and Waukee High School (10th-12th grade building). The area features beautiful pond lots and cul de sac lots in an ideal location. You can walk or bike to the future Kettlestone Entertainment Complex, Centennial Park, or the local bike trail system. This area also has quick interstate access to both I80 and I35. This area will be in the South feeder system of the Waukee Community School District. 2021/2022 (Maple Grove Elementary, South MS, Timberline, Waukee HS) 2022/2023 (NEW Sugar Creek Elementary, South MS, Timberline, Waukee HS).
