Get all your questions answered from the pre-approval process to when you can move in.
1. Obtain Mortgage
The process of securing and closing on a construction loan can take up to 30 days, depending on the lender. Your Realtor can assist with obtaining all necessary documents, as well as explaining the loan process.
2. Write a Purchase
Next, your Realtor will work with you to create the purchase agreement. This document confirms your build site and floor plan.
3. PERSONALIZE HOME WITH SELECTIONS
Design your perfect home by selecting colors, flooring, cabinets, and many other design elements.
4. GROUND BREAKING ON HOMESITE BEGINS!
At this stage, Destiny Homes obtains permits and releases the home for production.
While we know the excitement wont be able to keep you away from driving by, we ask that you only enter the home while accompanying a Destiny employee or agent.
6. FINAL MORTGAGE
With your mortgage loan approved, your Realtor will officially congratulate you on your new home.
A Destiny closing coordinator will now contact you to help you prepare the final necessary documents.
All Destiny homes are inspected to make sure every aspect lives up to our rigorous standards.
9. Warranty Workshop
All buyers attend a warranty workshop where we give an overview of our warranty coverage and how to make a claim.
View your finished home for the first time! Destiny provides owners with a thorough orientation during this walk-through. We familiarize you with all aspects of your home and answer any questions.
Close & Move In!
Your home is now complete! We also want to make sure your new home meets or exceeds your expectations. You can always contact Destiny Customer Care at any time.
